This is a camping staple for our family. Probably won't be having this one too often any more!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito

1/4 cup colby cheese, shredded
1 tortilla
1 egg
1/2 cup potatoes
2 oz ground turkey
3 oz enchilada sauce
4 oz bacon

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito

Sprinkle cheese over middle of tortilla. Scramble the egg, place on top of cheese. Fry the potatoes and bacon, place on top of eggs. Brown the ground turkey and mix with enchilada sauce. Pour over everything. Attempt to roll into a burrito, but be careful as the sauce tends to find its way out and all over yourself.
