Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito

2 egg whites, scrambled
3 tablespoons salsa
3 oz. black beans
1 flour tortilla
1 oz. Cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito

  1. Beat 2 egg whites, add a little water for "fluff"

  2. Once eggs are pretty cooked, add in salsa and beans, let cook a little longer, mixing well.

  3. Finally, add cheese, and turn off heat, allowing cheese to melt.

  4. Place tortilla on plate, and put in egg whites, salsa, and beans.

  5. Wrap and enjoy!
