Breakfast burrito with rice, beans, cheese and egg.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito

1 tbsp onion, diced
1/8 c tomato, diced
1 tsp butter, unsalted
1/4 c brown rice, long-grain, cooked
1/2 oz mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
5 g bacon, (1 piece) ready-to-serve
1 large egg, beaten
1 flour tortilla, 7-8"

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito

  1. Cook bacon and crumble.

  2. Saute vegetables in butter, add beaten egg and herbs, and cook until done.

  3. Warm up tortilla, then layer all ingredients and wrap tortilla around it.
