Breaskfast Burrito with ham, mozzarella cheese, onions, and green peppers.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito

1 tortilla
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 oz ham, chopped
1 oz mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp onions, chopped
1 tbsp green peppers, chopped
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito

  1. Spray pan with non-stick spray and heat over medium heat.

  2. Saute chopped onions, green peppers, and ham.

  3. Crack 1 whole egg and separate 2 egg whites into a bowl.

  4. Whisk together and add eggs to onions and green peppers.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste and scramble egg mixture until cooked through.

  6. Add egg mixture to tortilla and top with cheese.

  7. Fold tortilla and contents into a burrito.
