Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito

30 oz. egg beaters, scrambled, southwestern flavor
15 oz. bush's black beans, drained and rinsed
123 g fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup bell peppers, chopped
2 tsp. cilantro, chopped
1 oz. mexican blend cheese, shredded
1/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
10 whole wheat tortillas, 93% fat free

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito

Scramble egg beaters. Combine next five ingredients. Combine shredded cheeses. Take warm tortilla, add about 1/2 cup egg then spread about 1/4 cup bean mixture then about 1/2 tbsp shredded cheese. Roll up into a burrito. Repeat nine more times. Freeze, grab and go.
