Breakfast Burrito with Turkey Sausage, hash brown potatoes, and egg beaters.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito

8 oz. turkey sausage
8 oz. potatoes, shredded
1 1/2 cups egg substitute
1/4 cup picante sauce
1 flour tortilla, low carb
1 oz. cheese, reduced fat

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito

Brown potatoes, add diced sausage and egg substitute. Cook until done. Add picante sauce and stir. Remove from heat. Spoon into tortilla and roll in aluminum foil. When ready to eat, heat tortilla in microwave topped with 1 ounce of reduced fat cheese.
