Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito

2 Eggs
1 slice muenster cheese
1 Whole wheat tortilla
1 tsp. butter
1 tbs. salsa

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito

  1. Scramble the eggs in the tsp. of butter, top with the Muenster cheese, and then warm the tortilla on top with the heat off. If you wish, you can substitute whole eggs for three egg whites, which will reduce the calories.

  2. Place a plate over the tortilla upside down and invert, then top with salsa and fold up.

  3. Enjoy!
