Awesome breakfast burrito, and my attempt to prove to my husband that I can make a heart breakfast with less calories thanthe 600 calorie doughnut he had, ha ha!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast burrito

1 whole wheat tortilla
3 medium slices of bacon
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup tomato
1/4 cup green pepper
1/2 ounce shredded cheese
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Breakfast burrito

  1. Heat tortilla on the grill ( or in the microwave for 10 or 15 seconds.

  2. dice green pepper and onion and saute in a small sauce pan.

  3. fry ( or scramble, or whatever you prefer ) the eggs.

  4. fry bacon

  5. dice tomato

  6. shred about half an ounce of cheese ( or use pre shredded cheese )

  7. Put everything onthe tortilla and wrap!
