Breakfast Burrito Great to make ahead and freeze

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito

12 eggs Egg, Scrambled
16 oz cooked Pork Sausage
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
4 oz Green Chilies
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
16 tortilla Smart
32 oz Shredded Hash Browns
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt
1 tsp Cilantro
1 tsp Cumin

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito

Fry Potatos until browned. In another Fry pan brown Sausage, onion, gr pepper. Scrable 1 dozen eggs. Add to meat mixture and cook until done add 1 4oz can green chilies. Add potatoes to cooked egg mixture. Scoop 3/4 cup into large burrito size tortillas. top mixture with 1 tbps. shredded cheese. Roll into burrito. serve with 1/2 cup Green chillie over top. I wrap these and freeze them individually in foil so that we can pull them out and heat them up when ever we want them.
