1 tortilla medium (approx 6" dia) Tortillas, Ready-to-bake Or -fry, Flour
1 large Egg, Whole
0.06 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for breakfast burrito

  1. Warm the fresh tortillas in the pan, flip, set aside with the cheese on it.

  2. Scramble the fried egg and fold into a neat rectangle.

  3. Place egg in the middle of the tortilla and fold.

  4. Serve.
