Serving based on 1/2 cup serving of mix. Calories for tortilla must be added. Tortillas roll best if heated first.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito Filling (w/ham)

6 large Eggs
3 cups Egg Beaters
12 ounces Cubed Ham
10 oz Shredded Hash Browns
8 oz Salsa
16 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito Filling (w/ham)

  1. Shred cheese.

  2. Spray skillet with non-stick.

  3. Beat eggs and feggs and pour in skillet over medium heat. Stir eggs til cooked.

  4. Add hashbrowns and ham. Cook til heated thru. Add salsa.

  5. Place 1/2 cup mix and one ounce of cheese in each tortilla and wrap.
