Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito 2

1 quart egg beaters
1 T olive oil
5 slices deli ham
1 large onion
2 green peppers
1 clove garlic
2 jalapeno peppers
1/2 t salt
1 t black pepper

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito 2

  1. chop veggies

  2. saute in EVOO

  3. add s & p and ham

  4. add egg and cook until done

  5. serve in whole grain tortilla (not in count)
