1 egg, scrambled
1 Egg, White
200 g Orange Juice Original
1 banana, small
15 g Cheddar Cheese
48 g Bread, Mixed-grain, Toasted

Recipe Directions for breakfast B&T

  1. Eat the banana and drink the juice

  2. go to the gym for an hour

  3. toast the slice of bread

  4. microwave the beans & sausage 2 1/2 mins

  5. microwave the eggs, stirring occasionally to scramble (about 1-2 mins)

  6. put the egg, beans & sausage on the toast

  7. cover with cheese
