Actually used 1 1/4 c. or more fiber one in orig, no ww pastry flour, and 5 oz. pureed cottage cheese. Changes made 6.18.08, new recipe needs to be tested.

1 c. fiber one cereal, ground fine= a little over 2/3 cup
1/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
10 oz. lowfat yogurt, Wegs vanilla probio (1 1/4 c.)
1/2 c. egg whites, egg beaters
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 c. applesauce
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. instant coffee granules
2/3 c. honey
1/2 c. cocoa powder, Hershey's
1/4 c. cocoa powder, Dutch process (special dark)
1 c. walnuts, toasted & chopped
1/2 tsp. baking powder
