This is a dense bread but very yummy. Great for breakfast or snack. Can change the nuts and cranberries to any dried fruit...apples and raisens, dates and walnuts, anything you can think of. You can also substitute any oil or milk you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Bread

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oats
1/2 cup almonds
1 1/2 cup cranberries
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
3 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon canola oil

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Bread

  1. -pre-heat oven to 450 degrees

  2. -in one bowl mix flour, oats, almonds, cranberries, baking powder and salt.

  3. -in a second bowl put oil in first then honey and stir together (put the oil in first so the honey will slide of the spoon) then stir in the milk.

  4. -pour the liquid ingredients into the dry and mix together.

  5. -grease a loaf pan and pour the bread mixture in.

  6. -bake for 20 minuets.

  7. -enjoy
