Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Bread Pudding

1 c unsweetened apple sauce
1 c skim milk
2 eggs, large
1/4 c brown sugar
4 slices double fiber bread

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Bread Pudding

  1. Tear the bread into pieces.

  2. Mix apple sauce, eggs, milk, and sugar in a bowl. Stir bread in, and pour into an 8"x8" pan.

  3. Bake 30 minutes @ 350°F
