1.5 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
35 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 cup Black Beans

  1. Cube and cook potatoes (I microwave them), warm black beand, scramble eggs, dice tomatoes.

  2. Layer as desired.
