Yogurt, cottage cheese, nuts and oats, flavored with vanilla and allspice. Serve with diced fruit, or eat plain. Makes a good breakfast or dessert.

1 3/4 cups nonfat yogurt
1 3/4 cups nonfat cottage cheese
2 tbsp walnuts
4 oz steel cut oats
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp allspice

  2. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Refrigerate over night.
