Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Bowl

6 oz potatoes
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 oz low fat cheddar cheese
2 slices bacon
1 tbs onion, diced

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Bowl

  1. Cut the bacon and fry in a nonstick pan.

  2. Remove bacon to paper towels to drain.

  3. Drain most of the grease out of the pan and add potatoes that you've diced.

  4. About half way through cooking, add the onion.

  5. When potatoes are done, pour in egg beaters and mix up.

  6. Plate in a bowl and top with cheese.
