2 links vegetarian sausage
1/2 slice cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfast bowl

  1. In a small microwavable bowl scramble one egg

  2. add salt and pepper

  3. Place 2 frozen sausage links in the egg

  4. microwave for 2 minutes

  5. Place cheese on top

  6. melt for 30 seconds
