Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Borrito

6 eggs
1 tbs. red pepper
1 tbs. red onion
1/4 cup mushrooms
1 potato, red, small
2 oz. cheese, pepper jack
1 tbs. carrot
4 tortilla, whole wheat

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Borrito

Dice red pepper, red onion, carrot, potatoes, and mushroom. Saute until soft. Scrambles eggs and cheese and pour into veggies. Scramble. Warm tortilla(or not), and add egg scramble. Salsa of choice.
