Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Blueberry Oats

1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup skim milk
1/8 cup steel cut oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp flax
1/4 tsp sesame seed
1/4 tsp sunflower seed
1/4 tsp pumpkin seed
1/2 cup blueberries
2 g Stevia

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Blueberry Oats

  1. Mix egg whites and milk into measuring cup

  2. In small bowl, blend oats with ground cinnamon, flax, sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds

  3. Wisk wet and dry together

  4. Microwave on high 2 1/2 minutes

  5. Fold in 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  6. Microwave on high 2 1/2 minutes

  7. Remove from microwave and stir in 2 g of Stevia sweetener
