Interesting take on a muesli breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast berry tart

1 cup Muesli
2 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
8 grams Active Dry Yeast
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
30 grams Butter
10 Teaspoon Jam
150 grams Strawberries
100 grams Blueberries
50 grams Raspberries
1 tbsp, unsifted Sugars, Powdered
1 container Greek Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Breakfast berry tart

  1. 1. Combine muesli and honey in a bowl

  2. 2. Prehear oven to 220C

  3. 3. Sift flour in bowl and add yeast, sugar and butter, mixing with fingertips until mix resembles breadcrumbs

  4. 4. Add cup warm water and mix until dough comes together.

  5. 5. Kneed dough for 8 minutes or until elastic. Place in lightly oiled bowl and cover with plastic. Set aside in warm place for 25-30 minutes.

  6. 6. Roll out dough to form rectangle and place on lightly greased baking tray

  7. 7. Spread jam over dough. Top with fruit and muesli mixture

  8. 8. Bake for 15 minutes or until base is crisp

  9. 9. Dust with icing sugar

  10. 10. Serve with yoghurt
