Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Bean Burrito

2 eggs, scrambled
1/4 cup black beans
1/4 cup fat-free refried beans
1/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
2 tbs light sour cream
2 whole wheat tortillas

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Bean Burrito

Heat refried beans according to can instructions. Warm tortillas in microwave for 20 seconds. Spread with refried beans. Top with eggs, black beans, cheese, and sour cream. Can add salsa if desired.
