Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Bars

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup flour
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup dried blueberries
1 cup almonds
1/5 cup walnuts
3/4 cup coconut flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1/10 cup maple syrup
1/20 cup honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup applesauce

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Bars

mix all ingredients, bake for 30 minutes at 350. To make vegan, replace skim milk with rice or soy milk.
