I've been experimenting with making healthy treats and this is the best so far!

Recipe Ingredients for breakfast bars

1 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup original fiber one cereal
4 tablespoons flax seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup splenda no calorie
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons cocoa
1 egg
1 egg white
3 tablespoons smart balance
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup canned peaches
1/8 cup canned pumpkin
1 tablespoon applesauce
1 tablespoon raisin
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
2 tablespoon walnuts
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Recipe Directions for breakfast bars

mix all dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls, combine adding fruit, nuts and chocolate chips last. Spray pan with non-stick spray, bake at 350 for 30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
