I made this for my celiac daughter who needed an extra snack that was portable, gluten free and simple.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast bars

1 cup almond meal (Blanched almond flour)
1/4 cup oats
56 gram whey protein
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Breakfast bars

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients together.

  3. Mix wet into dry.

  4. Shape into balls and flatten with palm on parchment lined baking sheets.

  5. Bake at 350 10 minutes.
