These are Gluten Free, Sugar Free and Delicious!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Bars

1 1/4 cups almond flour (very finely ground, blanched almonds)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup grape seed oil
1/4 cup honey or agave nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 3/8 ounces cacao nibs about 1/2 cup
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins or craisins

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Bars

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. Grease an 8 inch square pan.

  3. In a bowl or bag mix the almonds, salt and baking soda until combined. Set aside.

  4. In a large bowl, mix the grape seed oil the agave nectar and vanilla, add the almond flour mixture and stir to combined.

  5. Add in the nibs, seeds and fruit and mix.

  6. Press mixture into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Cool on wire rack.

  8. Taste deepens the next day.
