A hearty breakfast bar for on-the-go.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Bars

1 1/2 cups whole-grain wheat flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup milled flaxseed
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup honey
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
6 oz Greek Yogurt
2/3 cup almonds, sliced
2/3 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Bars

  1. Mix dry ingredients then add honey, eggs, applesauce, yogurt, and mix well.

  2. Stir in almonds and walnuts (or other nuts & dried fruit).

  3. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
