Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Bars

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp smart balance
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Cinnamon to taste
2 bananas
1 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup almond breeze

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Bars

  1. Preheat the oven to 400*.

  2. Mix first seven ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix banana and brown sugar together in a separate bowl.

  3. Alternate adding banana mixture and almond milk to dry ingredients.

  4. Mix until moist. Spread on a cookie sheet covered with pam (or a cooking mat).

  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the bottom is slightly brown.
