Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Bar

2 cup oats
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup flax seed
1 cup pumpkin seed
1/2 cup coconut
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried blueberries
3/4 cup chopped dates
1 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup molasses
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup 1% milk

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Bar

Mix last 4 ingredients in small bowl. Stir into rest of ingredients in large bowl. Press into parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake@ 350* for 25 min. Cut while warm.
