Trying for a healthier version of Quaker's Oatmeal-to-Go bars.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Bar #3

3/4 c light olive oil
1 c canned pumpkin or mashed bananas or other fruit puree
2/3 c sugar
2/3 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 c rolled oats
2 c crispy rice cereal
3/4 raisins, finely chopped

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Bar #3

  1. Mix wet ingredients.

  2. Add dry ingredients.

  3. Bake in 10x14 pan at 350 for 20-30 mins, until center is set and edges and top are browned.
