Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Bake PDH

6 eggs Egg, Scrambled
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1.5 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
4 serving (Bakers
0.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
0.75 medium Onions
50 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
6 mushroom Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Bake PDH

  1. Cook ground beef, onion, green pepper and garlic together.

  2. Mix flour, baking powder, oregano & basil.

  3. Combine dry and wet with a hand mixer.

  4. Pour into greased casserold pan.

  5. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with mozarella cheese and cook another 5 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
