1/2 cup LOW FAT CHEDDAR CHEESE
1/16 cup SKIM MILK
2 oz BACON

Recipe Directions for BREAKFAST BAKE FOR 2

  1. BEAT THE EGGS AND ADD TO A MEDIUM SIZE BOWL.

  2. iNTO THE BOW ADD THE SHREDDED POTATOES, CHEESE,BACON AND MILK.

  3. MIX WELL AND PLACE IN A 350 F. OVEN FOR ABOUT 45 MIN TO AN HOUR.
