Basically baked apples. Easy and yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Apples

1 small Fuji apple
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Apples

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Slice apples into wedges dipping them in the lemon juice just after slicing.

  3. Place skin side down in small baking dish.

  4. Spray with Butter flavored Pam.

  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples.

  6. Add small amount of water to bottom of pan and bake 20 minutes.
