4 slice (1 oz) Beef, Cured, Pastrami
1 serving Natural Slice Swiss
1/2 oz Thousand Island Dressing
1/4 cup Sauerkraut

Layer meat with torn cheese and top with Sauerkraut if desired. Cut a plus sign in the middle, to ensure even heating. Heat in microwave just until the cheese has melted so as not to dry the meat. Spread 1/2 Tbsp. of Thousand Island dressing using the back side of a large spoon, so that each piece of meat will be flavored.
