Recipe Ingredients for Breaded Seitan

3.5 serving (West Soy) Chicken-Style Seitan
165 grams Natural Nutritional Yeast
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
0.33 serving Ground Cumin
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
3 serving Tamari
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Breaded Seitan

  1. In a small bowl, combine nutritional yeast, garlic powder, coriander, cumin, and black pepper. Dip seitan in tamari, then in the yeast and spice mixture. Set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry seitan in batches until browned on all sides.
