Recipe Ingredients for Breaded Pan-Seared Salmon (Robert)

10 oz sockeye, salmon
2 tbsp Progresso Italian Bread crumb
2 tsp whipped butter
1 onion powder to taste
1 garlic powder to taste
1 paprika to taste
1 cayenne pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Breaded Pan-Seared Salmon (Robert)

  1. Rinse and skin fish as necessary.

  2. Sprinkle bread crumbs on both side of the fillets.

  3. Sprinkle the remaining ingredient as desired.

  4. Pan-sear in butter at medium-high heat. Approximately 5 minutes on each side.
