Recipe Ingredients for Breaded Chicken Tenders

0.67 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 c. Breadcrumbs
1 T olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp parsley, dried
1/2 tsp oregano, dried

Recipe Directions for Breaded Chicken Tenders

  1. Fill one bowl with water.

  2. In another shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, olive oil, and spices.

  3. Dip uncooked tenders in water first, then breadcrumb mixture, patting crumbs into chicken to make them stick.

  4. Cook tenders on greased baking sheet (I make mine foil-lined) at 425 degrees for 15 minutes (or until cooked through).

  5. Serve with dipping sauce (careful! NOT included in calories here) or plain.

  6. Enjoy!
