1 1/2 oz ham slice (Oscar Meyer 96% Fat Free)
2 tbsp Progresso Italian Bread crumb
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/8 tbsp seasoning salt (Tony Chachere's)
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Recipe Directions for Breaded Chicken Cordon Bleu (Robert)

  1. Clean and pat dry chicken breast.

  2. Butterfly slice each breast.

  3. Stuff breast with cheese and ham.

  4. Secure with skewers as needed.

  5. Rub with olive oil.
