Recipe Ingredients for Bread, Zucchini

3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 cup canola oil
1 1/2 cups splenda (sugar free)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups chopped walnuts
4 cups grated zucchini

Recipe Directions for Bread, Zucchini

  1. Beat eggs until light.

  2. Add oil & sugars, blend until smooth & creamy.

  3. Stir in Zucchini & nuts.

  4. Divide batter into 3 small loaf pans.

  5. Bake 1 hour at 350.

  6. About 16 servings per loaf.
