250 grams whole grain flour
250 grams flour
1 tablespoon Kretschmer wheat germ
1 tablespoon oat bran
2 teaspoons sugar
0.33 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
7 grams leavening agent
400 milliliters water

Recipe Directions for Bread Wholemeal Ted's

Mix ingredients together, pour mixture into baking tin and leave to rise for 2 hours. Bake in oven preheated to 250 centrigade for 5 minutes. Then turn oven down to 200 centigrage and bake until done - 30 - 35 minutes.
