Good whole wheat bread. High rising.

Recipe Ingredients for Bread, whole wheat

1 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
2 1/2 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup bread flour
2 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoon yeast

Recipe Directions for Bread, whole wheat

  1. Place ingredients into a bread machine in the order listed.

  2. You can add chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds, flax sees, etc. for a healthier bread, but the calories go up.

  3. Note: You can substitute olive oil or canola oil for butter
