Very nice homemade bread, chewy on bottom

Recipe Ingredients for Bread with wheat gluten

2.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
4 serving Becel salt free margerine (2 tsp)
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 grams Vital Wheat Gluten
10 grams Yeast

Recipe Directions for Bread with wheat gluten

combine all dry ingredients. mix milk and margerine - microwave till quite hot and add to dry ingredients. mix well, put on counter and knead for 10 minutes, adding flour as needed. makes one loaf of bread with 12 slices or 12 buns. put in pans and let rise on warm oven for one hour. cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes. will sound hollow when tapped on.
