471 g flour (143 g as part of sourdough barm)
142 g water
3/4 c milk
1/4 c lowfat yogurt
78 g shortening
5 g salt
4 g baking powder
2 g baking soda
10 g sugar

Recipe Directions for Bread: Sourdough Biscuits

  1. mix dry

  2. add wet

  3. gently moisten all ingredients

  4. Drop into pan

  5. bake at 500 degrees for 5 min, then drop to 400 for the remaining time
