100% Whole Wheat - buttermilk Great for sandwiches and toast! Modified from King Arthur flour recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Bread

2 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
3/4 cup water, lukewarm
1/2 cup buttermilk, lukewarm
1/8 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tbsp potato flour (1 5/8 oz.)
2 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
1 3/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten
