Bread recipe I found on some blog.

Recipe Ingredients for Bread

1 tbs yeast
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cup unbleached flour
1 cup water
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs honey

Recipe Directions for Bread

  1. Add yeast to a large bowl, pour warm water over yeast and stir.

  2. Add olive oil and honey, stir.

  3. Add flours and mix.

  4. Knead dough until it becomes a shiny ball.

  5. Let rise for two hours.

  6. Form into shape and cook at 400 degrees until golden brown.
