The yummiest, softest, lightest bread you'll ever eat!

Recipe Ingredients for bread

5 cups flour
1 tbsp crisco
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1/8 cup dry milk
2 1/8 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp yeast
2 tsp butter

Recipe Directions for bread

Mix together 2 3/4 cups of flour and yeast in kitchenaid bowl . Then mix dry milk and water together. Put milk in a pot and add sugar, salt, and crisco. Heat, mixing ingredients dissolving them, to luke warm. Add liquid to flour mixture and mix with wisk attachment on low for 30 seconds and then on high for 3 min. Then switch to the hook attachment on your kitchenaide. Put on high and keep adding the remaining flour a little bit at a time until dough doesn't stick to bottom anymore and a fist of dough comes up. (probably won't use all of remaining flour)Dump out on counter top and knead for 3 min. Put in bowl greased with crisco and turn over. Put thin towel over it and let rise for 1 hour. After that dump out on counter and turn over and cover with towel and let rest for 10 min. Then cut in half and roll out with rolling pin lightly and turn over and roll out even more lightly. Then roll dough up like a jelly roll, and pinch crease and edges and shape into a bread shape. Then get a corsage pin and poke all over to get air bubbles out. Turn over and place in greased (with crisco) bread pan. Let rise 1 hour. Bake and 325 degrees for 30 min. When comes out of oven dump bread out immediately and put on a cooling rack. Rub bread with butter and enjoy!!
