Bread Pudding using day old or more bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Bread Pudding

6 slices bread, dryish and cubed
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
16 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
0.33 cup Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Bread Pudding

  1. Cube dried bread and layer in a 9 x 9 sprayed baking dish.

  2. Top with raisens and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  3. In a bowl place salt, milk, eggs and sugar, beat thoughrly and pour over bread layer.

  4. Let stand till all of the wet ingredients are absorbed, about 10 minutes while oven heats to 350.

  5. Bake till center is cooked 35 to 45 minutes.

  6. Serve warm or refrigerate.
