Makes 12 servings



A low sugar and low cholesterol bread pudding that is lactose free.

Recipe Ingredients for Bread Pudding

2 cups eggbeaters
32 oz 100% Lactose Free milk (4 cups)
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
5 cups bread (cubed)
1 cup seedless Raisins

Recipe Directions for Bread Pudding

  1. Beat together all ingredients except bread cubes and raisens.

  2. Place bread in an 8x16 inch baking dish and sprinkle rasins over bread.

  3. Pour liquid mixture over all.

  4. Bake at 350 for 75 to 80 minutes or till knife inserted near center comes out clean.
